1-10H-3: POWERS AND DUTIES:
The Director of the Department of Finance shall exercise all powers and duties necessary and incidental to those authorized by the Constitution, Federal law, State Code, this Code and policies and procedures set forth by the Mayor and City Council. The Director shall provide financial oversight for the City. (1952 Code § 3-06-03; amd. 2019 Code; Ord. 26-24, 10-1-2024)
