3-16-6: TOW TRUCK SPECIFICATIONS:

All tow trucks operating under a City towing license shall comply with all safety provisions, rules and regulations required to be observed by motor carriers by Federal and State law and, in addition thereto, shall comply with the requirements of this chapter. (1952 Code § 10-23-05)
