3-16-4-3: CLEAN UP OF DEBRIS AT SCENE OF COLLISION:
Tow truck operators are required to remove all collision debris from the roadway when towing a vehicle away from the scene of a collision. Tow truck operators must also clean up roadway debris caused by the removal of an abandoned vehicle. (1952 Code § 10-23-03.3)
