3-15-10: PENALTY:
Any person, individual, corporation who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this Code. Each incident of violation shall be a separate offense and punishable as hereinabove described. (1952 Code § 5-04-10; amd. 2019 Code)
