3-12-9: QUALIFICATIONS:
In addition to the minimum licensing qualifications set forth in chapter 1, article A of this title, all individuals licensed under this chapter must also be eighteen (18) years of age or older. (1952 Code § 5-19-05; amd. 2019 Code)
