3-9-9: PENALTY:
Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this Code. (1952 Code § 5-20-11; amd. 2019 Code)
