The Licensing Officer is authorized to carry out the policies and procedures herein described, and may enforce the provisions of this title and chapter by imposing administrative license penalties, including suspension or revocation of the license, by initiating criminal charges by serving an Idaho uniform citation, or by referring a written report to the City Attorney's Office for review and filing of a complaint and summons or warrant in the Magistrate's Division of the District Court, or by both such administrative license penalties and criminal penalties.
