3-4-13: PERMIT DENIAL, SUSPENSION, REVOCATION, AND APPEAL:
Except as otherwise may be provided herein, the procedures for denial, suspension, revocation, and appeal of a sidewalk café permit shall be set forth in chapter 1, article A of this title. (Ord. 11-22, 3-29-2022)
