3-4-8: FEES:
Each application for a sidewalk café permit shall be accompanied by the required, non-refundable application fees in an amount established by the City Council and listed on the most current fines and fee schedule. Sidewalk café permit fees may also include fees imposed by PDS for a zoning certificate. (Ord. 11-22, 3-29-2022)
