This chapter establishes minimum standards and procedures for permitting and operation of sidewalk cafes placed upon sidewalks and public plazas within the area of the City controlled under the Master License Agreement with ACHD. The boundaries of the greater downtown area controlled under the Master License Agreement are available for the public to review at the Clerk's Office during business hours. (Ord. 11-22, 3-29-2022)
