10-3-10: PENALTY:
Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this Code. (1952 Code § 8-12-09; amd. 2019 Code)
