§ 153.377 EXCEPTION TO HEIGHT LIMITS.
   The height limitations of this chapter shall not apply to church spires, belfries, cupolas and domes not intended for human occupancy; monuments, water towers, transmission towers, chimneys, smoke stacks, masts and aerials.
