(A) Following the recommendation of the Zoning Commission and a public hearing, the Village Council may approve, approve with modification or disapprove the plan, consistent with the intent and meaning of this chapter, and if the plan is approved, may rezone the property to the PUD classification permitting the proposal, for development in conformity with the final plan as approved by the Commission.
(B) After the final development plan has been approved by the Village Council and in carrying out this plan, consistent with the intent and meaning of this chapter, and if the plan is approved, may rezone the property to the PUD classification permitting the proposal, for development in conformity with the final plan as approved by the Commission.
(C) Planned unit developments shall be encouraged, but they shall conform to the regulations of this subchapter or to the following modifications of the regulations found elsewhere in this chapter.
