§ 153.248 SUPPLEMENTARY CONDITIONS AND SAFEGUARDS.

In approving a mobile home park, the Commission may prescribe appropriate conditions and safeguards in conformity with this subchapter. Violation of such conditions and safeguards, when made a part of the zoning permit, shall be deemed a violation of this chapter and punishable under §§ 153.405 through 153.410 and 153.999 of this chapter.
