Newly established industrial uses adjacent or backing on a residential district shall provide on that adjacent property line a dense hedge, tree row, fence or other suitable landscape device adequate to visually screen the industrial area from the residential area. Plant material shall be a minimum of four feet tall at the time of planting. Fences, walls or other landscape devices shall be a minimum height of six feet.
