§ 153.126 REQUIRED FLOOR AREA IN THE R-III DISTRICT.

   Any building intended in whole or part for residential purposes shall provide a minimum livable floor area as hereinafter specified:

 

Multi-family structure	550 sq. ft. per unit
Single-family structure	1,000 sq. ft.
Three-family structure	600 sq. ft. per unit
Two-family structure	750 sq. ft. per unit
