§ 153.106 REQUIRED FLOOR AREA IN THE R-II DISTRICT.
   Any building intended in whole or part for residential purposes shall provide a minimum livable floor area as hereinafter specified:
 
Single-family structure
1,000 sq. ft.
Two-family structure
750 sq. ft. per unit
Three-family structure
600 sq. ft. per unit
