§ 151.085 APPEALS BOARD ESTABLISHED.
   (A)   The Village Board of Building and Zoning Appeals, as established in the village’s zoning regulations, is hereby appointed to serve as the Appeals Board for these regulations.
   (B)   Records of the Appeals Board shall be kept and filed in the offices of the Village of Bluffton Council Chambers, 154 N. Main Street, Bluffton, Ohio 45817.
