§ 150.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person who shall violate any provisions of §§ 150.15 through 150.18 or fail to comply with any of its requirements, or who shall erect, construct, alter or repair, or do any work upon or in connection with, any buildings or structures in violation of a plan therefore or disobey any order or directive relating thereto approved or made by the Village Administrator or his or her representative, or of a permit or certificate issued under §§ 150.15 through 150.18, shall be punishable by a fine of not more than $250 or by imprisonment for not more than 30 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment for each provision of law thus violated. Each day that any such violation or failure continues shall be deemed a separate offense.
   (C)   (1)   Whoever violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of §§ 150.30 through 150.36 is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree and shall be fined not more than $500 or imprisoned not more than 60 days, or both, for each offense. Unless otherwise provided, a separate offense shall be deemed committed each day or portion thereof during which any act covered by §§ 150.30 through 150.36 is permitted, to exist in violation of any provision of §§ 150.30 through 150.36 or order made pursuant thereto.
      (2)   The application of the penalty provided in division (C)(1) above shall not be held to prevent the enforced removal of prohibited conditions.
