(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
(B) (1) Whoever violates § 95.01 shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
(2) In addition, the following shall be mandatory penalties for violation hereof.
(a) For a first offense, the skateboards, roller skates, roller blades and other such street skating item shall be immediately seized and impounded by the Village Police Department for a period of not to exceed ten days.
(b) For a second offense, the skateboards, roller skates, roller blades and other such street skating item shall be immediately seized and impounded by the Village Police Department for a period of not to exceed 30 days. The court shall fine the violator not less than $50 none of which may be suspended.
(c) For a third or subsequent offense, the skateboards, roller skates, roller blades and other such street skating item shall be immediately seized and impounded by the Village Police Department for a period of not to exceed 60 days. The court shall fine the violator not less than $75 none of which may be suspended.
