The use of skateboards, in the village shall be, and is hereby prohibited as to the following public places:
(A) Any and all streets and roadways within the village;
(B) Any and all sidewalks located on Main Street between College Avenue and Elm Street within the village; and
(C) Any and all recreational surfaces in parks owned or operated by the village. This includes, but is not limited to any and all shuffleboard courts, pool and pool deck, basketball courts and the like at all times. The village shall provide warning signage near those recreational surfaces to advise the public of this prohibition.
