(A) Flowers may only be planted upon graves and must be kept in a proper state of cultivation at all times.
(B) Failure to keep this rule will imply that the owner takes no further interest in the flowers and they shall be removed by the caretaker and the grave leveled even with the turf and grass seed planted and permission to remake the grave into a flower bed will be forever denied.
(1) No grave that has been sodded over will be permitted to be disturbed for the purpose of planting flowers, bushes, trees or any other type of plants.
(2) No decorations are to be placed on the ground if the lot has an upright monument, if the lot has a flat monument the decorations are to be placed in line with and between monuments during mowing season.
(3) All winter decorations must be removed by April 1 for spring clean-up. After April 1, cemetery personnel will remove and discard any remaining decorations. All summer decorations must be removed by November 1 for fall clean-up. After November 1, cemetery personnel will remove and discard any remaining decorations. There are to be no decorations on the ground from April 1 through November 1 to accommodate the proper maintenance (mowing and trimming) of the grounds. Any decorations or other items placed on the ground during this restricted period will be removed by cemetery personnel and held for approximately one month to allow the owners to claim the property, then discarded if not claimed.
