(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
(B) Any person, or persons violating any of the provisions of §§ 94.01 through 94.09 or the rules therein stated, upon conviction thereof, be fined any sum not less than $10, nor more than $100 for each and every offense, and the costs of prosecution.
