§ 93.07 SPACING OF STREET TREES.
   (A)   Street trees shall be spaced in accordance with regulations established by the Tree Commission. Any planting in violation of a regulation of the Tree Commission shall be deemed a violation of this chapter.
   (B)   In establishing spacing of street trees, the Tree Commission shall require at least the following minimum spacing:
      (1)   Small tree species, 15 feet of space between the small tree and any other tree;
      (2)   Medium tree species, 25 feet of space between the medium tree and any other tree; and
      (3)   Large tree species, 40 feet of space between the large tree and any other tree.
   (C)   The Tree Commission may grant permission to plant at variance with its regulations in writing by majority affirmative vote of the Commission.
