§ 93.99 PENALTY.

Any violation of this chapter shall be punishable by a fine not to exceed $100 for each tree affected by the violation. In addition to any other penalty imposed, a person found guilty of violation, shall provide restitution to the village in an amount equal to the cost of a replacement tree.
