§ 93.06 DESIGNATION OF SPECIES FOR STREET TREES.
   (A)   It shall be the duty and responsibility of the Tree Commission to designate the official street tree species that may be planted or remain as street trees in the village. Such species shall be designated by list compiled and published not less than annually by the Tree Commission. The planting or maintaining of any other species than designated by the Tree Commission shall be deemed a violation of this chapter.
   (B)   The Tree Commission may grant permission to plant another species of tree in writing by majority affirmative vote of the Commission.
