§ 92.99 PENALTY.

(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.

(B) Whoever violates the provisions of §§ 92.01 through 92.03 shall be fined not less than $5 nor more than $50 for each offense.

(C) Whoever violates any of the provisions of § 92.05 shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than $100.
