The following regulations governing the use of the village parks shall be adopted and posted in conspicuous places throughout the parks.
(A) Speed limit shall not exceed ten mph for all vehicles.
(B) Opening and closing times for all through vehicular traffic shall be sun up and sun down respectively.
(C) Discharge of weapons on any portion of the village parks is prohibited. WEAPONS shall be defined to include rifles, shot guns, pistols, air guns and bows and arrows; provided, however, that the use of any of the foregoing weapons shall be permitted upon application as provided in § 92.03.
(D) Dogs shall be permitted on leash only.
(E) Littering and dumping of trash is prohibited and all refuse shall be placed in barrels.
(F) The killing, injuring or trapping of wild life and wanton destruction of vegetation is prohibited.
(G) All vehicular traffic shall limited to roads, drives and parking areas. Horseback riding shall be limited to riding trails and roads and other posted areas.
(H) The sale of beer is prohibited in all parks, except as provided in § 93.03.
