§ 92.02 REGULATIONS GOVERNING CAMPING.
   The following regulations governing camping at the village parks shall be adopted and posted in conspicuous places throughout the parks.
   (A)   Camping is allowed only by registering with and obtaining a permit from the village. At least one permit is required for each camping unit or organized group. Permits may be obtained from the Police Department of the village.
   (B)   All camp sites are restricted to the cleared portions of the designated areas (AA, A, B, C, D) on the park map, unless otherwise authorized by the Mayor.
   (C)   Recreational vehicles with plumbing fixtures may not discharge any liquid wastes onto the ground surface or into any open container or bucket outside the body of the vehicle. All drains protruding from the vehicle must be sealed or capped.
   (D)   All liquid wastes from camping activities must be disposed in the park toilet privy vault.
   (E)   All animals allowed in the park with campers must be on leash or line at all times and in the control of the owner. Animal feces must be removed from the ground surface at camp sites daily and disposed as garbage.
   (F)   All solid wastes (cans, glass, paper, garbage, trash and the like) must be deposited in trash barrels or containers provided. Camp sites must be kept clean and orderly at all times.
