Subject to the provisions of this section, all parking of motor vehicles shall at all times comply with the parking ordinances of the village, as amended.
(A) No vehicle shall be parked or stored in any residential district of the village as designated by the zoning ordinance of the village, as amended, that is a semitractor, semitrailer, commercial bus, school bus, dump truck, garbage truck, construction equipment of any kind not in current use on the property where it is parked or stored, or other motor vehicle or trailer that is primarily used for the transportation, deliver or temporary storage of equipment, tools, freight, products for sale, refuse, junk, parts or the like.
(B) Division (A) above shall not apply to one motor vehicle, as set forth in division (A), operated by a resident of the home or dwelling where it is parked provided that the same is not a semitractor, semitrailer, commercial bus, school bus, dump truck, garbage truck or construction equipment of any kind not in current use on the property where it is parked or stored.
(C) Any person in violation of this section shall be fined not more that $100 for each violation. Each vehicle and each day are deemed to be a separate violation of this section.
