§ 50.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.

   (B)   Whoever violates any provision of §§ 50.01 through 50.07 shall be deemed guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than $50 for each offense. Any such violation shall constitute a separate offense on each successive day continued.

   (C)   Any person who dumps places or deposits any material not permitted by § 50.21(A) (including but not limited to garbage or refuse material) or any person who dumps, places or deposits any material allowed by § 50.21(A) but not during the times, places or with the permission required by § 50.21(A) shall be deemed to be littering in violation of R.C. § 3767.32. (This is a third degree misdemeanor.)
