(A) Only village inhabitants are permitted to dump, place or deposit yard waste recyclable material in the Bluffton Yard Waste Recycle Center, and only in that area designated by the village, and only during those times as posted or designated by the village. Only village inhabitants are permitted to dump, place or deposit fill material with specific permission of the Village Administrator at the Bluffton Yard Waste Recycle Center.
(B) Only materials designated by signage shall be permitted to be placed in designated areas and only in those areas designated.
