§ 133.04 SUPERVISION.
   It is the policy of the city to permit the Prosecutor to use the provisions of 730 ILCS 5, the State Unified Code of Corrections, as amended, pertaining to supervision in order to further the ends of justice, restitution and purposes of §§ 133.01 through 133.03 of this chapter.
