§ 133.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   LEGAL GUARDIAN. A person appointed guardian or given custody of a minor by a court, the term does not include a person appointed guardian or given custody of a minor under the State Juvenile Court Act of 1987, as amended, 705 ILCS 405.
   MINOR. Any person who has not yet attained the age of 19.
