§ 121.27 PERMITTED PLACES OF PEDDLING AND SOLICITING.
   (A)   So that there is not an unreasonable interference with pedestrian and vehicular traffic and so that the activities of the peddler or solicitor do not unreasonably burden any particular property owner, business or area, no person may peddle or solicit for a period in excess of 30 minutes within the same block in any day.
   (B)   A BLOCK is defined as that portion of a street, including both sides measured between two other streets, that either intersect or junction with said street.
