§ 121.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

   (B)   Any person violating or failing to comply with any provision of §§ 121.01 through 121.05 of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined not less than $50, nor more than $250, for each offense.

   (C)   Any person or entity who shall be guilty of a violation of any of the provisions of §§ 121.20 through 121.24 or 121.26 through 121.29 shall be subject to a fine of not less than $75 and not more than $750. A separate offense shall be deemed committed for every day a violation continues. The provisions of this section shall not limit any other remedies authorized by law.
