There shall be fixed in each vehicle mentioned in § 120.01 of this chapter, which is used for the conveyance of passengers for hire, a card containing the name of the owner of the vehicle and number of the owner’s license and the rates of fare established. The card shall be so fixed that it can be conveniently read by any person riding in such vehicle.
