For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
PUBLIC OPEN AIR PARKING GARAGE. Any lot, piece or parcel of ground not enclosed within four walls and a roof, and being within the limits of the city where automobiles, trucks or any similar self- propelled vehicles are parked or stored for hire, but it shall not include motor vehicle repair shops as defined in § 119.025 of this chapter. It shall include all such garages whether the same be open for business regularly or intermittently.
