All laundry outlets and laundry vehicles for the transportation of laundry shall at all times be kept in a clean and sanitary condition and be properly equipped with means to separate the laundered from the unlaundered articles. Every laundry outlet and laundry vehicle shall have separate containers for bedding, linen and wearing apparel which may be taken from places where quarantine has been established or where persons are afflicted with or are convalescing after a disease. Laundry outlets and laundry vehicles shall be inspected under the direction of the Health Commissioner of the city as often and at such times as the Health Commissioner may deem necessary or proper in order to keep them in a proper sanitary condition.
