The annual license fee for each laundry outlet or laundry vehicle shall be $10; provided, however, that, any person operating a laundry licensed under the provisions of §§ 117.055 to 117.058 of this chapter, who uses any vehicle in connection with such licensed laundry, shall be entitled to receive a laundry vehicle license for each such laundry vehicle for the sum of $5. No license shall be issued, except for the full license fee.
