§ 117.070 DEFINITIONS.

   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.

   LAUNDRY OUTLET. Any establishment located within the city (other than a laundry vehicle and other than a laundry licensed under the provisions of §§ 117.055 to 117.058 of this chapter), used for the purpose of soliciting, receiving, collecting or distributing laundry within the city limits.

   LAUNDRY VEHICLE. Any wagon, automobile or other vehicle used for the purpose of collecting or delivering laundry within the city limits.
