The annual fee for a self-service dry cleaning store shall be $25, plus $25 for each self-service dry cleaning machine. Every license shall expire on the April 30 next after its issuance. Upon the initial issuance of a license, the fee shall be prorated from the first day of the month in which the license is issued to the end of the then current license year. The license fee shall not cover, nor shall it authorize, the use or maintenance in any self-service dry cleaning store of an automatic food or beverage dispensing device or machine. Any automatic food or beverage dispensing device or machine which may be installed or located in the self-service cleaning store shall be installed in compliance with and subject to the requirements or any ordinance of the city now or hereafter in effect licensing and regulating automatic food or beverage dispensing machines or devices.
