For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
SELF-SERVICE DRY CLEANING STORE. Any store, room or other enclosed place within any building where any number of self-service dry cleaning machines, all controlled and operated by means of automatic coin-metering devices, are located and open to use by the public.
