(A) The Commissioner of Health shall cause periodic investigations and inspections to be made of cleaning and dyeing establishments, cleaning plants and retail outlets for which certificates of inspection have been issued.
(B) Violation of any provision of this subchapter shall be cause for revocation or suspension of a certificate of inspection. Upon notice and public hearing, the Commissioner of Health may revoke any certificate of inspection issued, or may suspend any certificate for a period of not more than 30 days. An appeal may be taken to the City Council from any decision rendered by the Commissioner of Health under the provisions of this section.
