§ 117.018 DISEASED PERSONS NOT TO BE EMPLOYED.
   No person affected or afflicted with tuberculosis or any other infectious or communicable disease shall be employed in any dry cleaning establishment, cleaning plant or retail outlet located within the city or in any cleaning and dyeing establishment or cleaning plant which is not located in the city but which has a retail outlet therein. The Commissioner of Health of the city may require each employee of such cleaning and dyeing plant, cleaning plant or retail outlet to be examined by a licensed and practicing physician and may require any proprietor or retailer to file in the office of the Commissioner of Health a certificate of health and freedom from tuberculosis or other infectious or communicable disease for each person employed by the proprietor as a proprietor or retailer, which certificate shall be signed by a licensed and practicing physician.
