§ 117.003 MAINTENANCE REGULATIONS.
   Every licensee to whom a license shall be issued shall cause the automatic laundry store for which such license is issued to be maintained and operated so as to satisfy the following requirements.
   (A)   The premises shall be kept in good repair and maintained in a clean and sanitary condition as to floors, walls, woodwork, machinery and fixtures.
   (B)   All machinery and equipment shall be kept in good working condition and shall be so installed and maintained so that the customers of said store and the public generally, at no time have access to the utility serving the equipment nor exposure to any unguarded moving parts of the machinery; except that, the customers shall be permitted all necessary access to the operating controls of the machines employed in the business.
   (C)   The store shall maintain under continuous operating conditions a minimum temperature of 140°F for all hot water employed in the clothes washing processes.
   (D)   The store shall be kept well lighted during all of the hours when the store is open for business, If off-street parking is provided for automobiles of customers of the store, the off-street parking area or areas shall be surfaced with crushed stone or other suitable hard surface materials, shall be level, shall be provided with adequate driveway or driveways for ingress or egress and shall be well lighted during all the hours of darkness.
