Every food vendor doing business within the geographic limits of the city shall submit on a quarterly basis, beginning at the end of the third month following passage of this subchapter and continuing quarterly thereafter, certificates from a duly licensed exterminator or exterminator whose qualifications have been approved by the Health Inspector for the city, showing that the monthly exterminations have been performed for those months included in the quarterly period.
