Every food vendor doing business within the geographic limits of the city shall be required to have the premises where he, she or they do business as food vendors exterminated for pests, insects, rats, mice, rodents and other vermin at least one time each month, beginning in the first month after passage of this subchapter and continuing each month thereafter.
