For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
FOOD VENDOR. Any person, partnership, corporation, limited liability company or other business entity engaged in any business which keeps for sale, sells or serves food to the general public for human consumption, whether at retail or wholesale and whether for consumption on the premises of the business or elsewhere.
