§ 115.141 INSPECTION OF RECORDS.
   Whenever the Health Officer makes an inspection, he or she shall record his or her findings on an inspection report form provided for this purpose, and shall furnish a copy of such inspection report form to the license holder or operator. The current inspection report shall be posted in a conspicuous place in the establishment.
